We have
so much to be grateful for,
The sun rising on a brand new day,
Star filled night with dreams of tomorrow,
Blessings of family cherished along the way.
Festivities are before us,
Food plentiful and deliciously yummy
Turkey, dressing and pumpkin pies,
All make for an overly full tummy.
We are
thankful for each boy and girl,
And all the Mommies and Dads,
For the love families generously give,
Creating happiness; making hearts glad.
It is
time to reflect upon the year,
Giving thanks to the Lord above,
For strength and endurance needed,
But most of all His precious love.
